I dedicated my life to develop New Procedures & New NDT Inspection technology. Enjoy all techniques used for Material Characterization using Modern
Electronic Microscopes, MPI and Chemical Analysis, Destructive testing including impact testing, Pull, bend and compression testing, hardness,
metallography, abrasion testing, and others.

Work on consulting and Root cause investigation services to the aerospace & defense, mining, steel, petrochemical, nuclear & energy, railroad, chemical
and other industries.

Passioned new NDT technology like inspection of helicopter bolts, without removing them having only access to the hex screw hole on the head of the
bolts and other inspection solutions with limited access, using ultrasonic testing including advanced mode conversions including different types of surface
and Raleigh waves.

Worked in the development of a new technique for the inspection of nuclear fuel rods using electromagnetic testing, also in the development of a new

NDT technology that correlates to (potentially replaces) Sharpy (Impact test) using characterization of the parts by NDT (ultrasonic material
characterization) and PMI (this new method is being qualified by Fluor and soon Shell Oil.

Work on the development of multiple aerospace NDT manuals and procedures for the aerospace industry like the development of the ones to inspect MI8, MI17, MI 25 and MI 35 helicopters.

Developed since 2003 new NDT procedures and technology to inspect welds (thermo-fusion and electro-fusion) of piping and tubing of HDPE,
Polypropylene, other composites, and PVC using TOFD and phased array, and worked as advisor to the ASTM committee for the development of the
new ASTM E-3044 standard practice to inspect base materials, HDPE welds and joints using TOFD and Phased Array.

Developed several NDT procedures using digital RT, Electromagnetic testing (Eddy Current, MFL, CFM RFT, Near field, radars, microwaves, etc.), guided
waves, acoustic emission and digital radiography.

At present I am responsible level III for some Aerospace Composites Manufacturers in North America and the development of advanced NDT methods for the Defense Industry.

Being focused on developing advanced solutions for topics such as Advanced NDT, materials characterization, 3D Computer Tomography,
Photogrammetry, training, technology transfer and electronic microscopy scanning.

Hope to bring to this Congress new inspection and training solutions, new ways to teach, using the latest trends and technology in a fun, innovative and
dynamic way.
